This presentation will begin by citing some of the scary statistics regarding how our toxic environment is affecting our bodies and our health. Next, potential health risks associated with air purifiers, cell phones, ozone, and nanotechnology will be discussed. Finally, practical measures that an individual can take to decrease exposure to environmental toxins and ‘EMF pollution’ will be reviewed.

This presentation will focus on dietary supplements which may be beneficial in managing the symptoms of restless leg syndrome. Prescription medication options will also be quickly reviewed.
