PUBLIC PRESENTATIONS

Thursday, October 21, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. "Healthy Eating" at the Healthy U educational series at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital, 1540 Maple Road, Amherst, NY 14221. FREE, but seating limited. To reserve a seat, please call 568-6700.

Dr. Levy will speak about the new wisdom versus the old wisdom with regard to carbohydrates, fats, and protein, discussing the importance of the type of fat and carbohydrate consumed, as well as the source of the protein. He will then speak briefly about chocolate, eggs, fish, meat, milk, nuts, and soy.
